πΈAssalamu Alaikum, dear Mini Muslims! πΌ
Do you love stories? π
Well, guess what? Islam is full of true stories that teach us important lessons β just like the ones your parents tell you at bedtime.
In this module, we will read short Islamic stories that help us become better Muslims and kinder people.
π Why Stories Are Special in Islam?
AllahΒ (S.W.T) told us many stories in the Quran so we can learn and grow.
The Prophet Muhammad (Ψ΅ΩΩΩΩΩ Ψ§ΩΩΩΩ ΨΉΩΩΩΩΩΩΩ ΩΩΨ³ΩΩΩΩΩ Ω) also told stories to his companions to teach them good behavior, patience, and faith in Allah.
π Story Example 1: The Boy Who Always Spoke the Truth
Once, a boy was traveling to study. His mother gave him 40 gold coins and told him:
“Always speak the truth.”
On the way, some robbers stopped him. He told them the truth about his money.
The leader was shocked and said,
βIf this little boy tells the truth, why do I lie?β
He repented to Allah and changed his life.
Lesson: Always speak the truth, no matter what!
π Story Example 2: The Kindness of the Prophet ο·Ί
The Prophet Muhammad ο·Ί once saw a hurt bird crying because someone took its baby.
He said,
“Return the baby bird to its mother.” π¦
Even animals felt safe around the Prophet!
